Privacy Policy
Effective: June 17, 2026 · Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how XZOND LLC d/b/a FacturarMe ("FacturarMe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the FacturarMe invoicing and business-management platform, the marketing website at facturarme.com, and related applications and services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and password when you create or are invited to an account.
- Business data you enter — invoices, estimates, purchase orders, inventory, customer and vendor contact records, and similar records you create within the Services.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card or bank-account numbers on our own systems; we receive limited transaction metadata (such as the last four digits, brand, and status).
- Communications — messages you send to support, and your preferences for receiving communications from us.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
Information from third parties:
- Limited account and authentication data from identity providers (for example, Google) if you choose to sign in through them, and status updates from Stripe regarding your transactions and payouts.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
- create and manage your account and process your transactions;
- send transactional messages (for example, invoice receipts, payment confirmations, and account notices);
- send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications you have opted into;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program and Consent
If you opt in to receive text (SMS) messages from FacturarMe, the following applies:
- Opt-in — We send SMS messages only to recipients who have provided express consent (for example, by checking a clearly labeled opt-in box or submitting a phone number for a specific messaging purpose). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message types and frequency — Messages may include account verification codes, transaction and account notifications, and, where you have separately opted in, occasional updates. Message frequency varies.
- Opt-out — You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To resume, sign up again as you did initially.
- Help — Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@facturarme.com.
- Cost — Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. FacturarMe does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Carriers — Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below, and never your SMS opt-in/consent data for third-party marketing (see Section 3):
- Service providers (sub-processors) — trusted providers who process information only on our instructions and under contract: Stripe (payment processing and payouts), Twilio (telephony and SMS message delivery), SendGrid by Twilio (transactional and opt-in email delivery), and Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure).
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FacturarMe, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Policy. SMS opt-in and consent data is excluded from any such transfer for third-party marketing use.
- With your direction — when you ask us to share information or make it public (for example, sending an invoice to your customer).
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Business Data and Your Customers
You retain ownership of the business records you enter into the Services. We process that data on your behalf to provide the Services and do not use it for our own advertising. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process information about your own customers and contacts.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and tenant isolation between business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then for the period required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described in Section 9.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@facturarme.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
